Responsibilities
- Source candidates for open roles using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct talent mapping projects to identify potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand the requirements of each role and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and sourcing.
- Proven high-volume, full-life cycle recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Expertise in developing recruitment strategies.
- Technologically savvy.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing.
- Previous experience working as a sourcer or recruiter in the healthcare industry, preferably in medical devices or diagnostics.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Agency experience is a plus.
