Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the SAP MDG system, ensuring a stable, reliable, and compliant environment.
- Monitor and improve incident management and Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance. Serve as the subject matter expert for MDG Material Master.
- Collaborate with data governance team to ensure data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of MDG operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including projects with corporate ERP CoE, supply chain, shared services, and business units to ensure alignment and integration of MDG processes.
- Generate and analyze reports on MDG performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Proficiency in SAP MDG, SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA .
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required, master’s degree preferred
- Experience: 8-10 years’ experience in SAP or Master Data, with 5 years’ experience in SAP MDG. MDG on Material Master is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in a managerial role is highly desirable.
