Job Summary:
The Pricing and Contracting Analyst will perform account/customer segmentation analytics, create account targeting reports, and work with regional and local sales teams to identify key customer targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, contracting, math, or other quantitative disciplines, with a minimum of 6-8 years of business experience and 3 years in pricing or finance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data mining, cleansing, and manipulation to identify necessary data elements and their sources
- Create metrics to measure contract outcomes and compliance, market share, revenue, and other performance metrics
- Track and provide regular reporting and updates for senior management on the status of all IDN contracts
- Ownership for necessary Excel, Smartsheet, and Power BI Reports for tracking, reporting, and analytics on pricing and contracting activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 6-8 years of business experience
- 3 years in pricing or finance experience strongly preferred
- Medical device industry experience, preferably in Structural Heart, with hands-on experience in problem solving using quantitative research, pricing & contract analysis, and data
