The Opportunity
This position works out of our Westfield, IN location in the Structural Heart division. Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life by designing and providing device and management solutions for treating structural heart disease.
What You’ll Work On
- Develops and implements training systems by identifying basic training needs, researching training options, and recommending the most effective methods.
- Maintains and enhances quality systems by identifying, isolating, and resolving problems with existing processes, using customer feedback and automated systems.
- Communicates certification and training needs by reporting gaps in manufacturing personnel training and knowledge.
- Recommends solutions to close the gaps.
- Introduces training system upgrades by identifying and implementing more efficient technology and methods to facilitate training across the company.
- Works on / with global efforts.
- Supports business processes outside of manufacturing by promoting consistency between systems and offering innovative solutions to outside process issues.
- Troubleshoots automated systems by identifying and researching the problem, making changes to the system, or contacting the appropriate group to initiate a change.
- Plans and organizes project assignments of substantial variety and complexity.
- Initiates or maintains schedules for projects and project milestones.
- Establishes priorities of project assignments.
- Solves complex problems requiring extensive interpretation of procedures and practices to provide leadership in evolving projects.
- Selects methods and practices to solve problems using ingenuity, creativity, and a high degree of independent action and initiative.
- Proposes solutions independently; makes decisions on projects.
- Develops and implements projects from concept to completion.
