Clearance- Public Trust
This program requires US Citizenship.
Manage the end to-end parking program; manage FTC transit benefits for government employees and provide Fed Ex support services.
Garage & Parking Management
Manage the end-to-end parking program for the FTC to include the FTC Headquarters garage, satellite building, and other parking facilities used by FTC.
Support the management of the FTC garage to maximize the number of cars in the garage.
Assist parkers in departing within 15 minutes after a request is received at least 90% of the time
Retrieve and issue permits for permanent parking
Contact commercial parking locations for availability of monthly permits
Retrieve issued permits from employees departing the agency
Update working files with new or changes to parking allocations
Sunsetting the SP Temporary parking and informing employees of the discontinue date
Respond to inquiries; Update parking files regularly; Add / remove employees as allocations change / update
Prepare new year parking files for permit distribution; Distribute and collect new Parking Agreements for new year and distribute new parking permits
Retain record of change
Transit Benefits
Responsible for the approval and withdraw process of transit benefits
Notify government personnel when withdrawals are ready for review and approval; Address any issues or concerns
Issue TRANServe cards when received; Notify customers with instructions when ready for pick-up
FedEx Support Services
Create New FedEx accounts for FTC users to support Orgs / Bureaus shipping, tracking and delivery management
Update Monthly Label Creator File monthly
Monitor email requests / questions received in the dedicated
shippingaccount@ftc.gov
mailbox regarding FedEx and respond / forward for action
Miscellaneous Duties
Confirm the FedEx account and TRANServe accounts have been deleted / withdrawn
Review FedEx for account deletion as of the departing date
Review TRANServe for account withdrawal
Review Parking to retrieve CC or 601 permits and update files accordingly
Contact Funds Managers annually in late July to retrieve the next FY estimates for GPO printing
Prepare SF-1’s forms for review and signature from Funds Managers and Budget Analysis
Education and Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma; Four-year degree from an accredited college or higher education preferred
Two years’ administrative support experience, federal government contracting experience desired
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Must possess a valid state driver's license
Analytical skills; ability to analyze performance metrics and able to derive actionable items to improve team performance and customer satisfaction
Multi-tasking ability, attention to detail, ability to adapt
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to exercise judgement and discretion
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
Must be physically able to frequently lift and carry light to medium objects weighing up to fifty pounds
Position Details :
Pay Rate / Range : $18-$20 / hr
The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position’s responsibilities; the candidate’s experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions.
