What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business systems analyst II position at ABBTECH Professional Resources?
This program requires US Citizenship
3 days onsite and 2 remote- can be reviewed after start for strong candidate
Take initiative to develop a thorough understanding of business processes, best practices, and available supporting technology & documentation.
- Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements
- Drive the development and implementation of significant improvements to existing processes.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to document the key business goals and objectives for a new or existing process.
- Create detailed specifications, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
- Participate in the Scrum and Agile software development process to facilitate progress, answer any questions and provide more detailed requirements as necessary.
- Collaborate with development teams to produce any required documentation or communications that may be necessary in support of the project including project status, project roadmap, release plan, etc.
- Create and execute test plans to validate that solutions meet requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and gather feedback for refinements.
- Assist the Help Desk with problem and incident management.
- Collaborate with the training team to support end user training, as necessary.
