Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 4 years of software development experience, or a Master’s Degree in a related field with 2 years of experience. Additional years of relevant experience, training, and / or certifications may be considered in lieu of degree requirement.
- Demonstrated Proficiency in all aspects of programming using standard tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio, Azure Dev Ops / Microsoft Team Foundation (TFS) and SQL Experience with MS SQL Server highly preferred.
- Proficiency with one or more object-oriented programming languages
- Proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Visio, & PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in SQL technologies. Must possess strong data analysis skills to support data quality efforts.
- Strong analytical and technical skills with ability to analyze issues, assess technical risks, and recommend sound solutions in a timely manner
- Proficiency in analyzing data flows
- Strong working knowledge of Agile methodology
- Goal oriented and self-motivated
- Candidate must have the ability to work independently (unsupervised) or within a team environment
- Strong oral and written communications skills with ability to create comprehensive engineering documents
- Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality work under tight deadlines
- Ability to learn, excel and deliver at a quick pace is required
- Must be able to explain technical details and issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and be able to clearly and concisely explain system concepts and problems
- Currently possessing or ability to successfully obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance.
- Ability to be in the office up to 3 days / week.
