Warehouse Technician -
An average day :
In addition to general tech I duties in Ogden, with elevated administrative rights, the Contractor will :
- Prepare, image (install the operating system software), and configure all above-baseline software requested in build requests. This includes both manual installations and automated methods (Altiris or equivalent).
- Perform quality checks on all computers before shipping.
- Update all database records, including KISAM Service Manager requests and Asset Manager.
- Triage, maintain, repair, or replace parts for computers as needed, especially for equipment not covered by manufacturer warranty.
