The Role
We're looking for a passionate and empathetic leader to join us as a Business Development and Partnerships Manager . This is a Full-Time opportunity based in Philadelphia, PA. You'll be working to help bring care to real families. Your role is to oversee and provide guidance to our Community Outreach team and share details of our mission with families to help our information reach as many people as possible.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee team performance. Every month you will conduct a performance review on all team members to identify areas where they are excelling and areas for improvement based on our internal goals and metrics.Interviewing and Training of new and existing team members. You will be part of the interview process for potential candidates and also work to train them. If new processes are implemented you will also be in charge of training existing members of the team.Carry-out outreach efforts. You'll work with the team to spread our mission far-and-wide. Your role is critical in building and maintaining relationships with our most important providers / community partners.Cross functional team communications. You will communicate team feedback to leadership and work alongside them to change and improve strategies / efforts. Also work alongside other pillars of the team to improve the overall patient experience.Building relationships with families. You'll be in charge of meeting families where they are in the community and sharing information at events, resource fairs, meetups, etc. Your role is critical in making sure more families can get access to care.Get Abby Care's name out there. You'll be responsible for getting our information and materials all around the Greater Philadelphia Area. Spearhead outreach strategy and efforts. Take charge in developing new ways to create awareness for our brand by leveraging our own community and our most trusted partners.The Requirements
Must currently reside in the Greater Philadelphia AreaValid Driver's License in the State of PennsylvaniaAt least 2-3 years of professional experience in Community Outreach, Business Development, Sales, or PartnershipsProven experience in leading teams within dynamic, ever-changing environmentsExceptional ability to execute complex, cross-functional initiatives by setting clear objectives, streamlining processes, and resolving challenges to achieve desired outcomesA strong sense of empathy, unwavering perseverance, natural charisma, and a keen eye for detailBilingual in Spanish is preferredWho We're Looking For
