Wonderland Malvern, located at 2300 Leopard Ln O, Malvern, AR 72104 is looking for a Manager in Training to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, punctual and engaged.
This is a fulltime position with expected hours between 40-42 hours per week. Shift lengths can vary and overtime is often available.

Responsibilities
Opening and closing stores.
Maintains scheduling commitments.
Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
Assist customers by asking questions and showing them products.
Educate customers by providing accurate information on our products.
Processes payments by totaling purchases; correctly processing checks, cash, credit cards and store gift cards.
Use good judgment to solve customer service issues, product issues and when processing a return.
Assist with Inventory control, store transfers, and ordering supplies.
Assist with staff training.
Assist with Abby Express, our company mail system.
Merchandizing, stocking and cleaning.
Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Reliable Transportation and Valid Drivers License.
Open Availability Monday thru Sunday.
Smoke Shop product knowledge.
Retail or restaurant experience, in a supervisory role.
Friendly and outgoing personality.
Neat and clean appearance suitable for a retail environment.
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Able to problem solve as issues arise.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and during downtime.
