Position :
- Following directions, recipes, and specifications always
- Completing Food Safety documentations daily
- Supporting the team to complete production
- Ensuring that all standards for food safety and quality are consistently met or exceeded.
- Keep all storage areas above hygiene standards and guarantee proper product rotation.
- Control overproduction and keep wastage to a minimum.
- Team player with a positive attitude, creative, leading by example, articulate, and energetic. Excellent communications skills with same level team partners and senior management
- Ensure smooth and efficient production flow to meet all Kitchen Ready Times always.
- Detailed oriented with key focus on quality assurance and food safety compliance.
- Must be able to display strong knowledge of culinary technique and work at high rate.
- Assist in completing preparation, cooking meals and presenting meals.
- Ability to work various kitchen equipment.
- Must be able to display knowledge of HCAP Cooling Procedures
- Complete trim and break down of proteins when needed.
- Experience or knowledge of food ingredients, preparation and cooking techniques, and attractive food presentation.

Requirements
Requirements, but not limited to : This position requires flexible work schedules within a 24 / 7 work environment. The airline catering industry / Corporate Catering is a business that will meet the needs of our clients. This position requires experience in Leadership, demanding Accountability and a high degree of Training and Teaching abilities, to lead the entire team to success ( highest product quality, highest productivity output, complying with all food safety rules and regulations).
Qualifications :

The work schedule requires flexibility, availability on weekends and holidays.
Must possess strong culinary skills in both hot and cold preparations.
Degree in culinary trade is a must.
Must possess a Food Safety Certification that is valid and recognized by the local authorities.
Proficient knowledge of food safety programs, cooking supplies and equipment
Must ensure the quality preparation of all menu items with a clear understanding of food fundamentals.
Three 3 years hands on experience as a Line Cook or similar position within a high volume and complex culinary operation of a similar size and quality.
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety programs and food industry standards
Ability to cultivate working relationship with internal customers.
Availability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously and able to work well under pressure in a fast pace environment.
Can easily adapt to change.
