About the Role:
The Vendor Coordinator position is a perfect fit for someone early in their career who is organized, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll help ensure that every repair, update, and maintenance request for our clients goes smoothly. You’ll manage communication on work orders, address any issues that arise, and work closely with the Client Manager to exceed client expectations.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating facility maintenance requests and repair updates
- Troubleshooting and resolving work order challenges
- Provide accurate and complete information to technicians and enter notable information in software
- Work on multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
- Foresee potential obstacles and take the initiative to develop and propose solutions.
- Answer phone calls from our field trade network and provide support, clarification, and appropriate direction
- . Negotiating, auditing estimates, scheduling large projects
- Collaborating closely with our Client Manager to meet and surpass client expectations

- Associate's Degree, or equivalent work experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Super customer service skills with a willingness to learn
- Strong problem-solving, follow-up, organizational, negotiation and scheduling skills
- Comfortable with heavy telephone, email, messaging, and note entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work well under pressure in a fast paced team environment
