In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced lenders to identify loan opportunities, analyze financials, and guide customers through the lending process. You’ll have the chance to grow your skills, gain hands-on experience, and make a real impact in the communities we serve.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in identifying and developing new agricultural loan opportunities
Meet with customers to gather financials and understand lending needs
Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and collateral with support from senior lenders
Prepare loan packages and support credit decision-making
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Monitor loan performance and support servicing activities
Represent the bank at agricultural and community events
Promote additional banking services to support our customers’ full financial picture
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
Experience in agricultural banking, lending, or agribusiness is a plus
Understanding of ag lending principles and financial analysis
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with loan processing software is helpful
Willingness to travel locally for customer visits and community involvement
