What You’ll Do :

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and coordinate strategic plans, financial plans, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Financial Oversight : Manage financial reporting, asset / liability, investment, and funding programs, ensuring compliance with GAAP and tax laws.
• Team Management : Lead and mentor finance department staff, providing training, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Regulatory Compliance : Serve as a liaison with auditors and regulatory bodies, ensuring accurate and timely submissions of financial reports.
• Portfolio Management : Oversee the bank’s investment portfolio and funding programs to meet liquidity, profit, and growth goals.
• Collaboration : Work with senior leaders to set deposit rates and provide financial insights for organizational decision-making.
