Duties

- Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and positive environment for all children.
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive play and educational activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns related to behavior or development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Observe and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for all children in the daycare.
Experience
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is preferred.
- Strong skills in classroom management and behavior management techniques.
- Knowledge of child welfare practices and the ability to create a safe learning environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
