The individual in this person will be expected to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and improvements around the facility.
Duties
- Mowing the properties
- Weedwacking
- Shoveling
- Sweeping
- Pressure washing
- light carpentry such as fixing gates
- Janitorial needs such as plumbing
- General cleaning of buildings
Requirements
- Employees must have the equivalent of a highschool diploma.
- Must be able to use power tools
- Must be able to operate equipment such as lawn mowers, push mowers, weed wacker
- Ability to work independently
- License Required
Nice To Haves
Two years of experience with maintenance, janitorial experience, and groundskeeping
