- Answer phones and consult with customers for solutions for their vehicles
- Input customers' information on the computer and bill customers out
- Help maintain a clean work environment
- Assist customers by showing products we carry
- Drive company vehicle to pick up orders
- Assist Spanish speaking customers if available
- Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
- Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge Qualifications : Qualifications
- Basic computer skills and searching products on the internet
- Proper phone etiquette
- Good attitude and the willingness to learn
- Assist Spanish customers by speaking Spanish if able
- Use a computer to create invoices and bill customers for work completed
- Help maintain a clean environment
- Drive customers home or pick up orders when needed
- Communicate with manager and staff to facilitate work
- Book customer appointments and add to schedule
- Complete end-of-day paperwork
- Take inventory products from the stock room and provide to installation staff
- Pick up and deliver vehicles to accounts
- Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills Compensation : $18-$23 per hour
