What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part time Afternoon Teacher position at ABC Child Care, LLC?
ABC Child Care, LLC in Wausau is looking for 2 part-time afternoon Teachers. Hours are 1:45pm to 5:15pm Mon-Fri, no weekends. Teachers will be working with ages 6 weeks to 5 years of age.
We are looking for Teachers to encourage the healthy intellectual and psychological growth of the children we care for. You will teacher and supervise them while motivating them their mental capacities and exercise their imagination.
Responsibilities include:
*Provide basic care and caregiving activities
*Constant communication with parents
*Use wide range of teaching methods (stories, indoor/outdoor games, drawings, etc)
*Adhere to teaching policies and Licensing Regulations at all times
*Teamwork
*Maintain a clean, orderly classroom
*Assist in bathroom and diapering
*Collaborate with other Teachers in positive way
*End of day room cleaning
Requirements:
*MUST be at least 18 years of age
*Patience and flexibility in scheduling
* Strong communication Skills
*Knowledge of child development
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.50 - $15.50 per hour
