Position Description

Job Title: Pricing and Data Integrity Analyst
Reports To: Director of Planning and Data integrity
Scope: Responsible Review Cost Changes, Sales Velocity Changes and Propose New Pricing and update Approved Price Changes.
This is an in-office position located in Winter Garden, FL, remote work is not offered.
Essential Duties:
- Create, update, change data in Oracle System in support of Parts Group
- Support Parts Pricing, Vendor Costs, Vendor Cross references and Contract Management
- Creating and maintaining reports regularly
- Gather and analyze data
- Maintain Vendor Cost and Vendor Cross Reference.
- Maintain Standard cost and Landed Cost following policy.
- Adjust Retail and Non-Contract Pricing following policy.
- Tracks OPS engagement and sales velocity before and after price changes.
- Requests price checks with sales team.
- Proposes price changes to increase net income.
- Tracks price list expiration and prepares updated price lists for review and approval.
- Recommends parts to add and remove from tier pricing for review and approval.
- Help maintain and monitor part contract pricing based on cost changes.
- Part bid preparation.
- Cross trains as much as possible.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience with using Oracle or other ERP system is preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel required.
- Follow through skills are essential
- Attention to detail, a strong sense of making everything complete and correct.
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Works well within a team atmosphere
Physical Demands:
- Ability to frequently move items weighing at least 10 pounds
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
- Infrequently positions self and move about in the office area
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, printer, etc.
