We are seeking a dynamic and organized Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join in our Affordable Dentist Near Me office. As the first point of contact for our office, the YOU plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks.
Must have at least 1 year of dental experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Coordinate patient flow and manage the scheduling system to optimize efficiency
- Help patients financing options
- Present treatments plans
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Oversee front desk operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
