Dispatcher Opportunity: Join Our Growing Team!
We are a Company that has been around since 1982 and we specialize in Inspections, repairs, service and installs on fire systems, sprinklers, back flows, fire extinguishers, exit lights and hood cleaning for businesses that need to stay up to code for the local authorities.
We're seeking a dedicated person to join our team! We will train if needed for this position but experience in always a plus. As a Dispatcher, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of technicians. You'll be responsible for dispatching vehicles, coordinating routes, providing real-time tracking and communication, and managing customer support. Bilingual is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch vehicles according to established schedules and customer requests.
- Utilize dispatch software
- Provide clear and concise communication with drivers and customers.
- Track and monitor scheduled appointments.
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective support.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and related information.
- Must be able to use all office equipment such as All Microsoft programs, Faxes, Copy machines and be able to use a multiphone line.
- Need to be able to work under pressure or deadline when needed.

Qualifications:
- Experience in a dispatch or transportation role is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Bilingual
