Job Overview

We are looking for someone excited about Early Childhood learning to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting the academic and personal growth of students. This role involves developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and collaborating with parents and staff to ensure the best outcomes for each child.

Duties

• Aide in implementing a curriculum that meets the early childhood education standards.
• Educate students in various subjects in engaging ways including developmental milestones.
• Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that promotes child welfare and encourages active participation.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
• Experience in early childhood education is highly desirable.
• CPR certified
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A genuine passion for educating children and supporting their overall development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
