How You'll Make an Impact :
As ABC's Recruiting Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our recruiting team, helping us build and develop a talented team. This is not a staffing agency role - you will work directly with our hiring managers to source and hire individuals for ABC, including both internal team members and external candidates. You will review job applications, schedule interviews, assist with recruitment communications (calls, texts, emails), maintain recruitment databases, and provide clerical support to ensure an efficient, organized process that contributes to ABC's growth and success.
Requirements : What You'll Bring :
Minimum 1 - 2 years of recruiting experience requiredBilingual (English & Spanish) required to support diverse candidate outreachProven experience in administrative and scheduling roles1 - 2 years' experience with an ATS or HRIS requiredSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with strong follow-throughAttention to detail is key - include 'recruiting ninja' somewhere in your application.Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to build rapport quickly and understand the needs of applicants and hiring managersEmpathetic, persuasive, and service-oriented with a responsive approachExcellent interpersonal and written communication skillsAbility to create and run Excel reports for recruitment-related dataCooperative, adaptable, and aligned with company policiesExperience hiring for trade industries such as HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Lawn, Pest Control, Lawn Maintenance or other skilled labor roles preferredComfort and familiarity with recruiting for hourly, blue-collar positions, understanding the unique needs of these roles and their candidatesTyping speed of 35 WPMPeople-oriented and enthusiastic about building positive relationshipsExperience conducting virtual interviews using various video conferencing platformsStrong general computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, and other relevant softwareWhat We Offer :

Review job applications and pre-screen candidatesCoordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managersAssist with recruitment phone calls, texts and emails to potential candidatesHelp maintain and update recruitment databasesAssist with data entry tasks such as with PI job targetsProvide general clerical support to the recruiting teamAttend job fairs to represent ABC and promote current employment opportunitiesSupport a cooperative and cohesive work culture by respecting company policies and building strong, collaborative relationships.Assist in creating and publishing job requisitionsManage job marketing on social media and ABC Community page, including posting photos, videos and event highlightsPitch in on various recruiting projects and initiatives as they come upABC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
