Position Summary: As a Residential CSR, you will ensure our customers receive the best possible service in this crucial role. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and resolving any concerns they may have. This position requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Effectively communicate with customers, technicians, and service managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customer inquiries.
- Schedule appointments efficiently and manage customer calendars effectively.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, providing timely feedback to supervisors regarding service concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer records and promptly update account information.
- Actively contribute to team efforts and collaborate with colleagues to exceed customer expectations.
- Attend mandatory meetings, training sessions, and call monitoring sessions.
- Participate in assigned tasks such as month-end procedures and call reports.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with all customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
Requirements
- Prior customer service or call center experience is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in basic billing concepts.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Strong computer skills, including email, instant messaging, and proficiency in various software applications.
- The ability to prioritize workload, work effectively under pressure, and maintain composure when dealing with challenging situations.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bilingualism is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong team player attitude.

Physical Demands:
- Must be able to sit for extended periods.
- Must be able to work in a standard office environment (indoors, cubicle or open office).
- Ability to concentrate on tasks with occasional interruptions.
