We are currently in search of a Product Manager to become the subject matter expert in our new electronic service platform. The product manager will be responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and features of our new product offering. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and sales to ensure the platform is successfully developed and launched. This position is hybrid remote, located in Seattle, WA.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection to identify opportunities.
- Define and prioritize product features based on business impact and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to develop and launch new products or features.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including requirements, user stories, and wireframes.
- Train internal users and new customers on platform
- Work with marketing and sales teams to define go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Serve as the primary advocate for the product internally and externally.
- 2 to 3 years experience in product management
- Experience with CRM preferred
- Collaborated with cross-functionally with multiple teams – including Sales, Legal, IT and Product Management to drive company succes
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Problem-solving and project management capabilities
