- Answering phone with professional phone etiquette
- Accept rental applications, make sure complete and time stamped
- Accept all resident Interim changes, gather and request all verifications, start relevant forms
- Schedule all appointments for applications, interim and annual re-certifications
- Filing
- Computer knowledge
- Professional day to day interaction with all traffic in the office
- Rent collection
- Take, generate and assign work orders
- Maintain key box log
- Financial planning / job assistance services : for our residents, computer classes, job fair info, etc.
- Health services : Housekeeping classes, medical needs - clinic info, referral services for residents
- After school programs and other programs
- Other duties TBD
