## Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the property and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
## Duties
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and minor electrical repairs
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems
- Inspect and maintain building systems including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address any issues efficiently
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory
- Fabricate and weld metal components as needed
- Use ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff
## Requirements
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and residents
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, logic controllers, and residential painting techniques
- Ability to fabricate, weld, and use an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics
- Prior experience in maintenance roles preferred
- Leadership skills to coordinate tasks effectively
