Responsibilities
The Credit Analyst is responsible for working on our Revenue Cycle Management team to manage the credit reconciliation process. In this high-volume role, this individual will leverage data sets to analyze credit information and communicate with internal and external Accounts Receivable departments.

Responsibilities
The Credit Analyst is responsible for working on our Revenue Cycle Management team to manage the credit reconciliation process. In this high-volume role, this individual will leverage data sets to analyze credit information and communicate with internal and external Accounts Receivable departments.
- Bi-weekly reporting on credit balances within the aging balances.
- Credit balance dispositioning.
- Accurate documentation of credit balances.
- Create reporting packets outlining payor requirements for finance department.
- Work with internal cross-functional teams including collections, cash posting, report writers, finance, and compliance.
- Prioritization based on priority accounts to ensure accurate and timely resolution, including adhering to department Service Level Agreements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associate’s degree
- 2 years of RCM experience
- Experience managing multiple tasks with ability to prioritize and analyze data
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel – running reports, data manipulation as examples
- Working knowledge of Brightree system or equivalent A/R systems
- Prior DME or healthcare systems experience
- The anticipated base salary range for this position is $16.68 - $26.22. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.
