What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Nurse Practitioner position at ABC Medical?
ABC medical is looking for a Mid-level medical provider to join a new Modern medicine practice. We believe that taking care of the patient should come first and strive to provide services not found in many small clinics to ensure our patients receive the best healthcare possible.
The clinic is looking to fill a need for a part time provider as well as someone able to fill PRN shifts, Looking for Mondays and Fridays and occasional Saturdays. Potential to expand to full time or additional days during the week especially with pediatric or mental health experience. Ideal candidates will be reliable self starters with great people skills excited about the challenge of continuing to build a growing independatnly owned practice.
Some Responsibilities:MUST BE LICENSED AND CREDENTIALED WITH CARRIERS IN TENNESSEE
- Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care. Working with management to setup a schedule that allows you to balance the personal and business aspects of seeing your patients.
- Ensure Charts are completed in a timely manner. Management staff is open to providing transcription/dictation services as needed to help streamline your notes and ensure relevant information gets into the chart
- Maintain behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and HIPAA requirements
- Oversee diagnostic ancillary services, Labs, Testing, Treatment etc.
- Believe in the clinic values of a Patient first atmosphere that fosters teamwork, community outreach and the ability to provide quality care in an evolving health system
- Must be willing to have a great attitude even during stressful situations. The ability to communicate with staff when problems arise both internally and externally.
- The ability to work virtually and in person while maintaining great communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changes in clinic services and practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Experience Requirements and Preferences::
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Prefer previous experience/Accreditation with insurance preferred but not required
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider preferred.
Job Types: Part-time, PRN
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
