New Full-Time Nanny Share Position In Denver For 2 Sweet Girls!

Located at: University and S Cornell Ave
Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:45-4 and Friday 8-3. The families are happy to guarantee 40 hours per week.
Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out position
Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1 year.
Start Date: As soon as possible
Family and Household Dynamics
A peek behind the front door...
Children's Ages: Care will be for 2 children ages 2 months old and 10 months old.
About the Children:
This is a nanny share position with 2 families.
Care for the first 2 months (until late June/early July) will be for Family 1's 2 month old infant girl who is happy, healthy, curious and alert.
Then a 10 month old daughter from family 2 is joining starting at the end of June and care will be for both girls for the duration of the year.
Care for the 2 month old will be at Family 1's home and then care for both girls will be at Family 2's home. (10 minutes away: Downing and Mexico)
About the Family:
Mom from Family 1 is working outside of the home full-time.
Dad from Family 1 will be working from home in a private home office space.
Mom from family 2 is currently working from home in a private home office but will be transitioning to an office outside of the home part-time.
Dad from family 2 works outside of the home in an office full-time.
About the Pets:
Both families have friendly dogs- all candidates must be pet friendly.
Additional Notes:
Both families are first time parents and they are looking forward to welcoming in a new nanny to their homes - someone who will be a part of their parenting team and help guide them and offer expertise knowledge regarding the development of both infants.

Standard Duties:
All standard nanny duties including total and complete childcare duties and baby-related household tasks.
Travel Requirements:
No travel is required for this position.
Desired Skills And Abilities
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…
2 years of professional nanny experience with infants.
Previous experience with family assistant duties or previous experience caring for multiple children at one time
Ideal candidate is patient and loves supporting and guiding first-time parents.
Compensation And Benefits
Let’s talk dollars and cents…
Rate of Pay (gross):
The family is offering $28-$35/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $58,240- $72,800 per year (gross).
Benefits and Perks Offered:
This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2 weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.
Any Additional Perks:
This family is also open to offering a health insurance reimbursement of $150-$200/month based on the candidate’s needs.
Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3 years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18 years old and a high school graduate (2-4 year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
