Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: The family will require help 4 days a week with either a Monday or a friday off. Typical hours will be 7:30/8am to 4pm. The family is happy to guarantee 32 hours per week and/or 35 hours per week for a more flexible candidiate. They would also love help with an occasional date night for additional hours.
Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out
Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1 year .
Start Date: July 1st 2025

Children's Ages: Care will mainly be for one baby who will be 4 months old. While part-time care will be needed for a 3 year old.
About the Children:
Most care will be needed for a sweet newborn! The primary focus will be on sticking to a schedule to develop healthy sleep habits and beginning to follow a more consistent routine. They’re hoping to find a caregiver who can support them in logging naps, recognizing sleep rhythms, and working toward the goal of a well-rested baby and household. Her older sister attends a full-time Montessori school. She will be home on occasion when the school is closed.
About the Family:
Dual work-from-home parents with private office spaces.
They plan on creating a fun private space for the nanny and baby on a separate level of the house.
About the Pets:
One large dog lives in this home and is an active barker. All candidates must be 100% comfortable around dogs and be used to pets with high energy.

A day in the life...
Standard Duties:
All standard nanny duties include meal prep, children's laundry, unloading and loading the dishwasher, washing bottles, sanitizing and organizing toys, and picking up around the house. The family is also open to hiring a family assistant at $30/hr where they can help with more light cooking, errands, organizational projects, and general light housekeeping while the baby is napping.
Travel Requirements:
The ability to travel would be nice, however, it is not required.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…
1 year of recent infant experience.
Experience caring for two children at a time.
They are seeking an easy-going nanny who can follow mom and dad's lead. No one is set in their ways.
Must have knowledge of infant development and milestones.

Compensation And Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):
The family is offering $27-$32/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $44,928 - $58,240 per year (gross).

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 8 days of paid time off, paid major holidays, paid sick days, and a vehicle to drive on the job.
Required Qualifications

Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18 years old and a high school graduate (2-4 year degrees preferred)
