Job Summary :
ABC News’ Specialized Units leads the news division in breaking news stories and providing original content to all platforms. The Specialized Units works on medical, business, law / justice, and investigative stories as well as bookings for high profile interviews, ABC News specials and all ABC News programs.

What You Will Do :
- Assist in newsgathering for ABC News’s Business Unit, Breaking News Unit, Longform Units, and Medical Unit.
- Assist in Producing for on-air talent, such as Bob Woodruff and Rebecca Jarvis.
- Responsible for digitizing and logging media content, ensuring that it is organized and accessible for the production team
- Assist with the booking process, which involves coordinating interviews, guest appearances, or other elements that contribute to the content.
- Pitching original story ideas and researching characters
- Various administrative duties including sensitive show information
