Company ABC Parts International, Inc.is a distributor of aftermarket automotive body parts in the New York and Connecticut area. Our product line includes hoods, fenders, bumpers, OEM replacement lights, grilles, radiators, condensers, and more. We take pride in providing our customers with superior service of a wide range of automotive parts in the industry.
We are looking for individuals that excel in taking orders and resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Answering multi-lined telephone inquiries regarding availability, pricing, and order inquiries.
- Receiving orders and complaints via the telephone, walk-in, fax or the internet.
- Entering customer information into company CRM in an efficient manner to provide quality service.
- Creating customer sales invoices, handle exchanges and return requests.
- Responsible for providing amicable, courteous, personable, and professional customer service.
- Various clerical duties and special projects as assigned by supervisor. * Work hours: 40 Hour Schedule between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, auto body, or other related fields
- Auto Parts knowledge preferred.
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively * High School Diploma Equivalent
