Duties of our Sales Representatives :
- Communicate products and service features / advantages / benefits and identify customer’s needs and expectations.
- Educate prospects and customers on the value of ABC services.
- Responsible for the achievements of new sales growth goals and achieving quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and have continued contact with follow-up phone calls and or visits as needed.
- Instrumental in developing cross-divisional sales opportunities particularly with Add-On Sales with products and services.
- Complete all documentation prior to, during and after the sales call.
