Commission pay additional hourly pay rate
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of B2C Sales Experience, preferably in home maintenance or adjacent industries
- Strong familiarity with sales techniques, including lead generation, overcoming obstacles, and closing deals.
- Minimum of 5 years of Customer Service Experience
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM) and proven track record of data analysis abilities, including the ability to extract insights and improve sales strategies based on metrics
- Ability to adapt in a fast paced and dynamic sales environment, with a commitment to meeting and exceeding sales targets which may require flexible hours to accommodate customer needs
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to WARM but unclosed leads or zero-revenue calls with a focus on building rapport and finding opportunities to provide value to potential customers. Able to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound contact.
- Effectively communicate our services, products, and upgrades to homeowners, highlighting the benefits and solutions we offer to enhance their homes and lives!
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Understand that this phone-based position may require flexibility in working hours to reach customers at convenient times, including early mornings or odd hours for maximizing commission potential.
- Exhibit a natural curiosity, creativity, and a desire for mental stimulation. Stay updated on industry trends, our offerings, and customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Organize customer insights using Customer Resource Management software, take detailed notes, and share findings with the team and management regularly.
- Collaborate effectively with management and cross-functional teams to improve processes and achieve sales goals.
