Job Summary
The Marketing Brand Manager is responsible for overseeing the creation, production, and distribution of branded materials across our platform of brands and multiple markets. This role ensures that all materials align with brand standards, meet high-quality benchmarks, and are delivered on time. Key Responsibilities
- Project Management:
- Plan, coordinate, design and execute marketing collateral projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Maintain schedules and meet deadlines by collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
- Print and Collateral Oversight:
- Oversee/perform the design and submission of print & digital materials, including web graphics, display ads, brochures, flyers, direct mail, in-home collateral and more.
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality results and deliverables.
- Brand Consistency:
- Serve as the gatekeeper of brand guidelines, ensuring all materials align with brand identity and messaging.
- Market-Specific Adaptations:
- Tailor collateral to meet the unique needs and preferences of the various markets served.
- Budget Management:
- Monitor budgets related to their projects, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
- Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Partner with the internal teams to align campaigns with broader marketing initiatives and overall brand appearance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing management or a related role, preferably in a multi-brand or multi-market organization.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity asset creation, production processes and vendor management.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Compensation
- Salary Range: $65,000–$75,000 per year (based on experience)
- Incentive Plan:
- Quarterly bonuses tied to project milestones (e.g.,call volume increases, ACPR at or below budgeted goal)
- Performance-based annual bonus
