RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and time management, make customers happy
- Assembly of required documents and review for accuracy
- Adhere to the companys plan for resolving customer concerns quickly and favorably
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing and other office procedures.
