## Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to our executives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in various administrative tasks. ## Duties - Provide executive administrative support to senior management - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements - Prepare and transcribe correspondence, reports, and presentations - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks - File and organize documents both physically and digitally - Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items - Oversee office management tasks to ensure smooth operations ## Skills - Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications - Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Experience with transcribing and data entry - Knowledge of QuickBooks or willingness to learn - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
