Days and Hours :
1. Saturday - Sunday ( 4 PM to 12 AM) Part- Time
The concierge/front desk person works in a large residential condominium, and is responsible for performing the following:
Customer Service is the most important skill for this job!
· Resident and guest check-in and monitoring
· Package management
· Signing in vendors and giving them FOB in exchange for their ID
· Checking in packages, putting information in package log notifying resident.
· Assist resident with packages, groceries, luggage, and any other assistance as needed.
· Track move –in & move-out if requested by the property manager.
· Amenity reservation and tracking.
· Assist residents to arrange airport pick-up and drop-off.
· Excellent Customer Service skills required.
· Surveillance and monitoring.
· Reporting any issues to the general manager and following their instructions on how to resolve them.
· Computer Skills MS Office and Building Link use of office printers/ Scanner.
· Tasks are to help residents in any way you can.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends only
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Software Building Link: 1 year (Preferred)
- Front desk Reception: 2 years (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Washington, DC 20010: Relocate before starting work (Required)
