Job Duties & Responsibilities: Answer user inquiries regarding regulatory documents to resolve problems. Interpret regulatory rules or documents and ensure that they meet corporate policies and standard practices. Train users in the proper company policies and procedures for onboarding delivery drivers Coordinate efforts with branches associated with the preparation of regulatory documents or submissions Prepare or direct branches on the preparation of additional information or responses as requested by regulatory agencies Coordinate, prepare, or review regulatory document submissions Assess the types of regulatory or internal documentation that are required Review records of daily data communication transactions for errors or problems and take corrective action steps to meet regulatory requirements Skills/Qualifications: Ability to interpret detailed regulatory forms and documents Cognitive ability to make decisions regarding completion of all process steps, and seek supervisory input with exceptions or deviations from standard practices Strong verbal and written communication skills Superior Organizational skills Previous audit experience a plus Basic skill set in Smart Sheet and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Benefits may include: Health, dental, and vision coverage - eligible after 60 days, low out of pocket 401(k) with generous company match - eligible after 60 days, immediately vested Employer paid employee assistance program Employer paid short term and long-term disability Employer paid life insurance Flex spending Paid vacation Paid sick days Paid holidays Equal Opportunity Employer / Drug Free Workplace ABC Supply values diversity and we actively encourage women, minorities, and veterans to apply.
