Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in tax firm a very large plus.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming phone calls using multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including correspondence and document preparation.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and communication.
- Handle inquiries from clients and provide accurate information regarding services offered.
- Maintain the front desk area to ensure it is clean and welcoming at all times.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Proficient in clerical functions including data entry and file management.
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications for documentation and scheduling purposes.
