What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacy Technician Night Instructor (Hybrid Classes Online & In Person) position at ABC Training Center?
Class Schedule: Monday - Friday 6pm-9pm
We are looking for a Part Time Pharmacy Tech Hybrid Instructor.
This is a "HYBRID" schedule so you will be teaching both via Zoom and in the school (75% online and 25% in person at the school)
Responsibilities:
· Teach the approved New York State Education Department's BPSS curriculum in the following course subject: Pharmacy Technician
· Keep immaculate records for each student
· Work hand in hand with the Director of Education and the Director of Student Services
· Provide compassionate education and understand not every student is at the same learning level
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing health care training to students while adhering to BPSS standards. New York's Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision (BPSS) oversees and monitors non-degree granting proprietary schools in New York. The Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision is part of the New York State Education Department.
Qualifications
· Must have at least 2 year’s Pharm Tech experience
· Experience with Zoom and other online platforms
· Must have patience and work well with people
· Have an open schedule and be willing to pick up teaching shifts if necessary
· BPSS Teachers License (If you do not have one you will be required to get one - which we will help you get - required for part time as well as full time instructors)

ABC Training Center will give you all the equipment needed to conduct classes from home - you will not need to use personal devices during the duration of your online classes.
