In this role, the successful candidate will design, create and direct our hiring and recruitment initiatives as we seek new talent for our organization, along with evaluating and assessing all current and future company/driver compliance.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for improving efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process, managing all employment activities, serving as a valuable brand ambassador for the company, and perform other duties as assigned.
