Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support radiology staff, ensuring efficient shift operations and task delegation.
Coordinate departmental staffing and maintain workflow organization.Act as a liaison between staff and the Radiology Director, communicating departmental needs and updates.Clinical Duties :Perform a range of imaging tests, including General Radiography, Fluoroscopy, DXA, Mammography, CT, OR Imaging, and PACS as needed.
Oversee quality control daily, ensuring high standards in all procedures and equipment use.Administrative Tasks :Manage inventory and departmental supplies, making necessary orders to ensure resources are available.
Collaborate with the Radiology Director on shift activities and daily operations.Required Qualifications
Education & Certification :
Certificate and / or Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology.
ARRT(R) certification (additional certification in CT or Mammography required).Eligibility for Vermont radiologic technologist licensure.Experience :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in radiology.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.Preferred Qualifications
Supervisory experience in a union setting.ARRT certification in both CT and Mammography, as well as radiography.Familiarity with Epic EMR and Visage PACS systems.Benefits
