Job Title: Field Operator I

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Duration: 6 months (03/03/2025 – 08/30/2025)

Shift: 2nd shift (2 PM – 10:30 PM) | Overtime available

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Process Operator for our water regeneration plant. The role involves operating equipment, handling water and chemicals, and ensuring smooth processing of mobile trailers and steel tanks.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor the regeneration process.
Open/close valves, connect hoses, and control water/chemical flow.
Learn to operate the membrane cleaning skid.
Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace (housekeeping, painting, etc.).
Use hand-held devices and basic computer skills for job duties.
Work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED.
