What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Sales Representative position at ABclonal Technology?

We’re looking for highly passionate and proactive individuals with a proven record in sales development and account management. From early funnel development and facilitating initial conversations to developing team-wide best practices, you will be an integral member of our sales organization.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating excitement about ABclonal, and driving revenue with researchers and scientists. You should have significant experience selling into academic, biopharmaceutical, and large pharmaceutical accounts. Knowledge of custom antibody development, protein expression, and/or peptide synthesis sales would be a plus.

Responsibilities
- Meet and/or exceed company sales budgets in a designated territory for assigned products through in-depth knowledge of market segments, technical knowledge, and sales skills
- Develop new leads and expand existing relationships to achieve sales goals for the assigned accounts/territory
- Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips using enablement technologies
- Utilize prospecting and research tools to connect new leads and qualify opportunities
- Perform the entire sales process from prospecting through after sales account management
- Strategize with team members to innovate and improve the sales process
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure internal and external alignment of materials, deliverables, and expectations
- Exercise administrative responsibility for required reports to the Associate Director of CRO BD and entries into Salesforce
- Ability to accurately forecast sales within the territory
- Attend tradeshows/vendor shows and other sales/marketing events when needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science with 1-3 years of biological sales experience OR Master’s degree or above in Life Science with sufficient lab experience
- Knowledge of the Biological and CRO market or general biotech industry; antibody, protein production preferred
- Very strong work ethic with the confidence to work autonomously
- Highly motivated to succeed both individually and with a young and fast-growing company

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
