Job Description
The Customer Service Admin handles daily administrative duties such as reporting, typing quotes for various departments, inter departmental communication, contacting customers for additional information, and helping out in departments where needed or requested.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handling daily administrative duties, such as submitting hourly reports, and data collection / entry
- Typing quotes for our in house and sub contractor teams
- Contacting customers in various locations for additional information
- Inter-departmental communication
- Helping departments where needed or requested
