The Role:
We are seeking an experienced handyman/technician to join our team. As a skilled tradesperson, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on commercial properties within your assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial properties
- Install, replace, and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, and carpentry systems
- Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures
- Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in 3 or more skilled trades (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, carpentry)
- Clean valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and be tech-savvy
- Reliable track record of employment and availability for rotating weekend on-call shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights (if applicable)
