Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and construction trades (e.g., plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, roofing)
- Experience managing self-performing labor teams
- Previous project management experience, preferably in facilities or construction
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with computers, mobile devices, and project management systems
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
