Key Responsibilities :
As a Senior Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks at commercial properties within your designated territory. Your work may include :
Plumbing
HVAC maintenance and repairs
Electrical work
Roofing
Carpentry
Concrete repairs
Welding
General labor tasks
Demolition
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as the role evolves.
Requirements :
Must have aclean and valid driver's licensewith at least one year of driving history
Must haveoff-street parkingfor a company vehicle with commercial plates (not applicable for Staten Island or Upstate NY)
Tech-savvyand comfortable using computers and mobile devices
Ability to workindependentlywith minimal guidance
Proven track record ofreliable employment
Must be available forrotating weekend on-call shifts(at least once per month)
